Student bills are generated approximately 4 weeks before the first day of classes. 
Notification is sent to your Upstate email address when your bill is available to view.

Any change in credit hours may result in a revised bill. You will receive an email notifying you of the change. It is important to make payment immediately for the balance due to avoid late fees and a hold placed on your account. It is strongly recommended that you contact Financial Aid as the change may affect your financial aid package.
